Distilled or mineral water should be used to decontaminate & rinsed the instruments. For removal of contaminated stuck on the surface, use soft bristled brush or ultrsonic cleaner, dry the instruments by hair drier or in oven. Make sure that the instruments do not rub against each other while cleaning.
Check the tip of the instruments and their alignment, box joint of spring action and if movement is not smooth then use medical grade oil / silicon oil. Titanium instruments can be sterilized by autoclaving, dry over and boiling.
